What you will need:
Whey Protein (preferably vanilla, or Quest Cinnamon Crunch)
Quick Cook Oatmeal
Cinnamon
Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

25g of Protein
47g of Carbs
5g of Fat
328 calories per serving (based on 2/3 cups of oats)
How to make:
Boil water.
Scoop 1/3 to 2/3 cups of oatmeal into a bowl
Add a few dashes of cinnamon to the oats.
Add a handful of blueberries to oats.
Add a scoop of whey protein to oats.
Add boiling water to desired thickness.
Stir until mixed thoroughly.
